Gentle or Comprehensive?

Gentle is the calmer starting point — the core life-admin pages, intentionally lower-overwhelm, for when a big system feels like too much. Comprehensive is a fuller system with extra tracking, reference pages and longer-term overviews for when you want to go deeper. You don't need to use every page in either version.

How it works

2. Open your access page and select the button for your planner.
3. Google Sheets opens and asks you to Make a copy — this saves your own private, editable version to your Google Drive.
4. Set up on desktop or laptop first, then use it anywhere — desktop, tablet or phone via Google Sheets.

Demo data

Your planner arrives with a few example entries so you can see how the connected pages work together. When you're ready, there's a simple option to clear the demo data while keeping the headings, formulas, formatting and dropdowns in place.

Currency

The Settings tab includes a currency selector with popular options (GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, NZD, JPY, CHF, INR, SEK, NOK, DKK, SGD, HKD, ZAR). This changes number formatting only — it does not convert values or apply exchange rates.
