Are these physical products?

No. All Structured Space products are digital. Nothing will be posted to you.

How do I access my files after purchase?

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with your download link or access instructions. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you need help, visit the Digital Download Help page.

How do Google Sheets planners work?

After purchase, you receive a link to a Google Sheets template. Open it with a free Google account, then go to File > Make a copy to create your own editable version. Your copy is yours to use and fill in.

How do web app products work?

Web app products open in your browser — no download or installation needed. After purchase, you receive access instructions. You can use the app from any device with an internet connection.

Are the products editable?

Google Sheets products are fully editable once you make your own copy. PDF products are designed for printing or tablet annotation, not layout editing. Web app products are used online and update as you use them.

Can I print them?

Printable PDF products can be printed at home or through a print shop. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer and paper settings.

Are products ADHD or dyslexia friendly?

Many Structured Space products are designed with ADHD-friendly and dyslexia-conscious principles — clear layouts, short sections, calm spacing and plain language. They are practical planning tools only, not medical, therapeutic or clinical resources.

Can I share the files?

No. All products are for personal use only. Please do not share, resell, distribute or upload your files, templates or access links. See the Digital Product Licence page for full details.

What is your refund policy for digital products?

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited once files or access details have been delivered, unless required by law. If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us and we will help where we can.

My access or download hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Check your inbox and spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will sort it out.
