About Structured Space
Built by someone who gets it.
Structured Space was created because the planners already out there weren’t designed for the way our brains actually work.
The overwhelm, the abandoned to-do lists, the sticky notes that pile up, the feeling that everyone else just “gets it together” and you can’t figure out why you can’t — we’ve been there too. And we got tired of planners that assumed you just needed more structure, more boxes to tick, more pressure to perform.
Every tool here is built specifically for neurodivergent adults — people with ADHD, executive dysfunction, or anyone who needs a gentler, more forgiving way to stay on top of life. The layouts are spacious. The language is calm. The systems are flexible enough that a missed day doesn’t feel like failure.
Why we built this
Most productivity tools are built for neurotypical brains. They assume you can follow routines consistently, that a weekly review feels motivating rather than daunting, and that starting a new system is the hard part — not maintaining it.
For ADHD brains, the hard part is something different. It’s time blindness making everything feel equally urgent (or equally distant). It’s executive dysfunction making the first step genuinely hard to take. It’s the shame spiral when you miss a day and the whole system feels broken.
Structured Space tools are designed with those realities in mind. Low visual noise. Gentle framing. No guilt-trip prompts. Systems that work even if you only use them three days a week.
What we believe
A planner that gets abandoned isn’t your fault. It just wasn’t designed for your brain.
Imperfect use is still use. Opening your planner on Tuesday after a rough Monday is not failure — it’s exactly what it’s there for.
Structure should feel like support, not pressure. If the tool adds stress, it’s the wrong tool.
You don’t need to earn rest or optimise your week. You just need somewhere calm to put things so your brain doesn’t have to hold them all.
About the tools
Structured Space products are digital planning tools — web apps, Google Sheets planners and printable PDFs. They’re all designed to be low-friction: no complicated onboarding, no account walls, no subscription required to use the basics.
Each one is built to be picked up mid-week, used on a phone, left alone for a few days, and returned to without shame. That’s the whole point.
