Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using structuredspace.co.uk (the “Site”) or purchasing any products from Structured Space Store (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Structured Space Store is a UK-based digital product business operating at structuredspace.co.uk. To contact us: contact@structuredspace.co.uk.

We sell two categories of product:

• Ready-made digital products — Google Sheets planners, web app access, printable templates, and related digital downloads. These are described on their individual product pages.

• Custom Business Dashboards — bespoke Google Sheets dashboards built to order for your business, based on the details you provide in the Custom Dashboard Setup Form.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove products from our store at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are displayed in GBP (British pounds) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

Orders are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store payment card details.

Ready-made digital products: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access your digital product. Delivery is typically immediate or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.

Custom Business Dashboards: These are built to order and are not delivered instantly. After purchase, you complete the Custom Dashboard Setup Form. Your dashboard is then built around the details you provide and delivered within 3 working days of your completed setup form being received. The 3 working day period begins when your setup form is submitted, not at the point of payment.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct. If you do not receive your product or download link, please check your spam folder and contact us if needed.

Ready-made digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated in the product description. When you purchase one, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the product for your own personal organisation and planning purposes.

Custom Business Dashboards are intended for commercial use within your own business. When you purchase one, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your dashboard to run and administer your own business, including by your own staff.

For both categories, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the product files with others

• Use the product as the basis for a competing product, template, or service offered for sale

• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

• Claim ownership or authorship of the product

All designs, content, templates, and materials on this Site are the intellectual property of Structured Space Store and are protected by UK and international copyright law.

Because Custom Business Dashboards are made to your specification, the following also applies:

• Your dashboard is built using the information you provide in the Custom Dashboard Setup Form. It is your responsibility to ensure that information is accurate and complete.

• Your dashboard is delivered as a Google Sheets file into your own Google account. A free Google account is required.

• You are responsible for the data you enter into your dashboard, including any personal data belonging to your own clients, and for complying with your own obligations under UK data protection law in respect of that data.

• Your dashboard is an admin and tracking tool. It is not accounting software and does not replace professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

• Revisions and refunds for Custom Business Dashboards are governed by Section 3 of our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Different terms apply to ready-made digital products and to Custom Business Dashboards. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy.

Our ready-made products are provided for personal organisation and planning purposes.

Our Custom Business Dashboards are provided as business admin and tracking tools. Neither is intended to constitute medical, financial, legal, accounting, or other professional advice of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Structured Space Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. Our products may also rely on third-party services, including Google Sheets and Google Drive. These links and services are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over them and accept no responsibility for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them, including any change, interruption, or discontinuation of a third-party service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
