Refund policy

At Structured Space Store, we want you to feel confident buying from us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains how we handle refund requests for our digital products.
1. Digital products — general policy
All products sold by Structured Space Store are digital downloads, delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed, we operate a no-refund policy as a general rule once a download has been accessed or delivered.
We ask that you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please contact us at contact@structuredspace.co.uk — we are happy to help.
2. Goodwill refund window
We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be what you expected. As a gesture of goodwill, we will consider a refund request within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
· You have not yet accessed or downloaded the product files
· You contact us within 14 days of your purchase date
· You include your order number in your refund request
Goodwill refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Defective or inaccessible products
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase — for example, a broken download link or a file that will not open — please contact us straight away at contact@structuredspace.co.uk. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Incorrect purchase
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded it, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to assist you.
5. Sale and discounted items
The same refund policy applies to items purchased at a discount or during a sale. We are not able to offer refunds on discounted items that have already been downloaded.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under those regulations, you may have a right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days if you have not yet started to download or access the content.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@structuredspace.co.uk with the following information:
· Your full name
· Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
· The product you purchased
· The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.
