Refund policy

At Structured Space Store, we want you to feel confident buying from us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains how we handle refund requests.

We sell two different kinds of product, and the refund terms are different for each:

• Ready-made digital products — planners, web apps, Google Sheets templates and printable downloads. See Section 1.

• Custom Business Dashboards — bespoke dashboards built to order for your business. See Section 3.

Our ready-made products are digital downloads, delivered electronically. Because digital files cannot be “returned” once accessed, we operate a no-refund policy as a general rule once a download has been accessed or delivered.

We ask that you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before buying, please contact us at contact@structuredspace.co.uk — we are happy to help.

We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be what you expected. As a gesture of goodwill, we will consider a refund request within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• You have not yet accessed or downloaded the product files

• You contact us within 14 days of your purchase date

• You include your order number in your refund request

Goodwill refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Custom Business Dashboards are bespoke: they are built to order, to your specification, using the details you provide in the Custom Dashboard Setup Form. Because the work is personalised and begins as soon as your setup form arrives, the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content does not apply once we have started building your dashboard. Instead, we offer the following guarantee, which we believe gives you better protection:

• Up to 3 free revisions within 30 days of delivery. Once you have used your dashboard, tell us what needs changing and we will make the changes at no extra cost.

• A full refund if it still is not right. If we have worked through the revisions and your dashboard is still not something you will use, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

To claim under this guarantee, email contact@structuredspace.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of your dashboard being delivered.

Before your dashboard has been built — that is, before you have submitted your setup form — you may cancel and receive a full refund at any time by contacting us.

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase — for example, a broken download link or a file that will not open — please contact us straight away at contact@structuredspace.co.uk. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded it, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to assist you.

The same refund policy applies to items purchased at a discount or during a sale. We are not able to offer refunds on discounted ready-made items that have already been downloaded.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Under those regulations, you may have a right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days if you have not yet started to download or access the content. Please note that goods and services made to your specification or clearly personalised — such as our Custom Business Dashboards — are generally exempt from that cancellation right, which is why we offer the separate guarantee set out in Section 3.

• Your full name

• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

• The product you purchased

• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 working days.
