Digital Download Help

All Structured Space products are digital. Here is how to access your files after purchase.

Step 1 — Check your order confirmation email

After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation to the email address used at checkout. Your download link or access instructions will be in that email. Check your inbox and spam or junk folder.

Step 2 — Open your file or access link

Click the link in your email and follow the instructions for your product type:

PDF — Download and open with any PDF reader. No account needed.
Google Sheets — Open the link with a free Google account, then go to File > Make a copy to create your own editable version.
Web app — Follow the access instructions provided. Your app opens in a browser — nothing to download or install.
Canva — Open the Canva template link with a free Canva account and click Use template.
PowerPoint (PPTX) — Open with Microsoft Office, Keynote or Google Slides.

Common problems

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at contact@structuredspace.co.uk with your order details and we will resend your link.

My download link has expired

Shopify links are valid for a limited time. If yours has expired, contact us and we will reissue it.

I cannot open the file

Make sure you have a compatible app for the file type. PDFs need a PDF reader. Google Sheets need a Google account. If unsure, the PDF version is the easiest to open with no setup required.

I accidentally deleted my file
